“BUY 2 PRODUCTS, GET 30% DISCOUNT” 2026
ART. 1. ORGANIZER AND REGULATIONS
(1) The organizer of the promotional campaign “BUY 2 PRODUCTS, GET 30% DISCOUNT” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign” or “Promotion”) is SARKKROM TRADING S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca no. 246C, Sky Tower Building, 34th floor, units A and A1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2007006719400 dated 02.04.2007, having fiscal code 21493505.
(2) Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Regulations”).
(3) The Official Regulations are drafted and made available to the public in accordance with applicable legislation, free of charge, throughout the Campaign period, via the following methods:
(4) The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations during the Campaign, to suspend or terminate it, with the obligation to officially inform the public in the same manner as the initial communication, at least 24 hours prior to the entry into force of such changes.
(5) Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of these Regulations by participants, who are required to fully comply with all established terms and conditions.
(6) Online participants understand and accept that the use of the website may only be carried out in compliance with its terms and conditions and by reviewing the Privacy Policy.
ART. 2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND SCOPE
1) The Campaign applies to online purchases and purchases made in participating stores in Romania, exclusively in Calvin Klein stores (excluding outlet stores), namely: Baneasa Shopping City, Bucuresti Mall, ParkLake, Promenada Mall Craiova, City Park Constanta, Palas Iasi, Iulius Mall Cluj, as detailed in Annex 2. Eligible products are listed in Annex 3, which forms an integral part of these Regulations.
(2) The Campaign will take place between 23.04.2026 – 26.04.2026.
(3) After 26.04.2026, the Organizer shall have no responsibility or obligation in connection with any circumstances that may lead to the assumption that the Campaign is still valid or ongoing.
(4) All products granted within this Campaign must be purchased in accordance with these Regulations; otherwise, they shall no longer be owed by the Organizer.
(5) The Promotion is valid while stocks last.
ART. 3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN
(1) The Campaign is addressed exclusively to members, meaning individuals aged 18 or over at the start date of the Campaign, Romanian or foreign citizens residing in Romania, with domicile/residence in Romania, who are new or existing members of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program and who accept these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) and make purchases in accordance with the Campaign conditions. A “new member” also includes individuals who join the loyalty program at the time of purchase and can benefit from the offer.
(2) The Organizer reserves the right to prevent any fraud attempts by restricting access to the Campaign for individuals attempting to commit fraud.
(3) By participating, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer, in accordance with Annex 1.
(4) Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
ART. 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
(1) The Campaign applies to products sold at standard retail price, listed in Annex 3, available in participating stores and online (or click here), subject to stock availability.
(2) The detailed list of participating products (selection from PSP26, SP26, CORE collections) is included in Annex 3 (here). Underwear (UW) and Kids products are excluded.
(3) The Organizer shall have no responsibility towards individuals purchasing products after the Campaign ends (in stores, the Campaign ends at store closing time).
ART. 5. MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
(1) The Campaign applies to customers who purchase at least two eligible products (as per Annex 3), either in-store or online via www.calvinklein.ro, and benefit from:
(2) The discount is automatically applied online at checkout or at the cash register in-store.
(3) The discount applies to a single transaction, on a single receipt; purchases cannot be combined to reach the minimum threshold.
(4) In case of technical or human errors (including pricing errors), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the affected order and inform the customer accordingly. Customers agree they have no claims regarding such orders.
ART. 6. LIABILITY
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of these Regulations. The Organizer is not responsible for:
ART. 7. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
(1) The Campaign may end earlier by unilateral decision of the Organizer or in cases of force majeure, with public notification through the same communication channels.
(2) In such cases, the Organizer has no obligation to compensate participants.
ART. 8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania, at the Organizer’s headquarters.
ART. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure events exempt the Organizer from liability, in accordance with Art. 1351 of the Civil Code. Notification will be published on ro.tommy.com within 5 working days.
ART. 10. MISCELLANEOUS
Any complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted via the contact form on calvinklein.ro until the end date of the Campaign, to sarkkrom@sarkkrom.ro, or in participating stores.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations, together with their annexes (Annex 1 – Data Protection, Annex 2 – Participating Stores, Annex 3 – Eligible Products), form an integral part of this document. The Organizer reserves the right to amend them at any time through an addendum communicated via official channels.
