Returns and Refunds

Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a specific period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order at your own expense. Please use the same company you used to receive the package. (GLS) If you choose a different courier company, you will have to bear the return costs yourself.

Return via GLS

To return parcels, register your return quickly and easily directly with GLS. The courier will be automatically informed and will arrive at the address mentioned within 1-2 working days to collect the return parcel. The courier will attach the return label to the parcel. Register your return here.

Pack the product you wish to return, in its original packaging and send it to the following address:
Villar Park, Strada Carpenului, No. 4, Dragomirești-Deal, Ilfov, Cod postal 077096.

It is necessary to include the completed and printed return form found in your package. Without it, we cannot process your return.
Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
To complete the return process immediately, please ensure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one package.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with their original label attached.
Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn or washed.
If the items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.

The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless the original sealed packaging is intact).

Important Note:
In case of order return, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable, regardless of the return method (replacement, refund, or credit voucher).

If you received your order via GLS Locker, you can return your parcel by following these steps: Make sure you visit the GLS site and register your return here and follow the steps:

Fill in the sender’s details
Enter the Sender's details, then after accepting the terms, submit the order!
Prepare your parcel
Prepare your parcel, ensuring its safety and appropriate dimensions!
Write the parcel number on the parcel
Please write the parcel number you received on the parcel after ordering and it's ready now for you to drop it off.
Choose a locker
Select a Locker that is convenient for you (see available lockers here)
Go to the locker and enter the parcel ID
Visit the Locker and enter the parcel ID on the screen – you can find it on your shipping receipt or in the email/SMS you received from GLS.
Place the parcel in the locker and close the door
Your parcel is now returned.

Perfect! Your returned parcel will reach our central warehouse within 2 days.

You can always return your products within 30 days using the return form provided in your parcel. You can learn more about how to return a product/order here.

If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the amount for the returned items will be refunded directly by Klarna.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging with the original label.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.

In-Store Exchanges

Currently, in-store exchanges are available within 30 days from the date you collected your order. Exchanges must be completed in store upon presentation of the original receipt or purchase invoice.

Full-price items may be exchanged for another product or size, provided that the replacement item is of equal or higher value than the original item. Exchanges can only be made for items available in store from the Men’s or Women’s collections.

Items from the Kids collection must be returned via courier.

Refunds or Credit Vouchers for online purchases cannot be issued in-store.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, the return must be made via courier.

The following products are excluded from in-store exchanges:

Products purchased using Klarna
Outlet products
Sale items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, and perfumes, unless they remain in their original sealed packaging.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Products submitted for return or exchange must:

Be in the same condition as when delivered
Be undamaged
Be free from stains
Show no signs of wear
Have all original labels intact

Products that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS
(expected time for us to receive the returned package at our warehouse)

UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS
(expected time for the value of the returned item to appear in your account)

TOTAL RETURN PROCESSING TIME UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS

*Please note that the time frame mentioned above for refunds is based on an average and may vary. During holidays and sales periods or public holidays, refunds may take a little longer.

**The time frame depends solely on the policy of the bank you work with. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting your bank.

Returns are free of charge via GLS courier service.

To return your parcel, simply and quickly register your return directly with GLS. The courier will be automatically informed and will arrive at the address provided within 1-2 working days to collect the return parcel. The courier will attach the return label to the parcel. If you choose another courier company, you will have to bear the return costs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
The company reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return deadline or returned items that are not in the same condition as received.

Once your package arrives at the warehouse and your return has been approved, you will be notified of the status of your refund depending on the method you have selected:

If you have selected a money refund, the money will be refunded to your account or card within 10-14 days.
If you have selected a credit voucher for your next purchase, it will be sent to your email address.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery/ GLS Lockers:
The refund for the returned product will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.

Payment by Credit Card/ PayPal:
The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The refund period depends on the bank and may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Klarna:
If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the refund for the returned items will be processed directly by Klarna. The return request is submitted automatically and no action is required on your part. Returns for orders paid with Klarna can only be made by courier, with the exclusive processing method being a refund.

Note:
For refunds to bank accounts held with foreign banking institutions, additional bank charges may apply. Any such fees will be borne by the customer and will vary depending on the transaction amount and the respective bank.

In the event of a returned order, the charges for Cash on Delivery and GLS Lockers Payment On Delivery are not refundable, regardless of the method used to process the return (exchange, refund, or credit voucher issuance).

Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Romanian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKKROM).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.ro as of January 13, 2026.
If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKKROM)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?
If you placed an order before January 13, 2026, it will be handled by Calvin Klein (PVH). For any questions or support related to these orders, please contact them at: service.eu@calvinklein.com

What happens with your promo codes?
Any promo code issued for use on the Romanian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026.
After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?
Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKKROM) as part of this transition.
Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
