Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the pickup location you have chosen. Standard delivery is usually within 1-5 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location, via GLS courier service.

Notification of Delays
Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. There may be a minor delay due to high demand, during holidays or discount periods.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You have the option to collect your order from one of our Calvin Klein stores.
When completing your order, simply select the Calvin Klein store you wish to visit to pick up your parcel.
To collect your parcel in-store, you will need to present your order confirmation email along with a valid form of identification.
Your parcel will remain available for pickup in-store for 5 business days from the day you receive the pickup confirmation email. If you are unable to collect it within this period, your order will be cancelled, and the selected products will be released.

PICK-UP FROM A GLS LOCKER
GLS Locker is a convenient delivery option that gives you the flexibility to pick up your parcel whenever it best suits your schedule.
You have the option to collect your order from a GLS locker by selecting the one that suits you best during checkout. You can choose from 2 different collection options: Payment on delivery or Payment in advance
How to collect your parcel (payment on delivery)
You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link.
You make the payment and receive your PIN code.
You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen.
Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
Pick up the parcel.
Close the box.
How to collect your parcel (payment in advance)
You receive an SMS containing your PIN Code.
You enter the PIN Code on GLS Locker's screen.
Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
Pick up the parcel.
Close the box.
You can pick up your parcel at any time of the day, 24/7. The parcel will remain in the locker for 7 days.

Orders, or parts of them, may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. If the cancellation occurs after payment due to stock unavailability, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Once an order has been cancelled, it must be placed again through our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please contact our Customer Service team.
Our online store processes and ships orders exclusively within Romania.
Deliveries can be made to all regions of Romania. We always strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Your order can be canceled from the moment it is placed until just before it is shipped. Orders are processed as soon as possible, so we recommend that you contact us promptly.

In case your order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed right away.
If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

When you click “My Account”, you will be asked to log in using your email and password. Once logged in, your order history will be available, showing information about your current as well as previous orders.

If you have chosen in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives at the selected store.
As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email. This allows you to track your order’s progress whenever you wish.

What happens with your promo codes?
Any promo code issued for use on the Romanian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026. After this date, they have all been deactivated.
What happens with your personal data?
Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKKROM) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers, or even extreme weather may affect estimated delivery times. We’ll do our best to let you know of any additional delays. This page may be subject to change.
Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team.
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:
When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one. In case you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as a payment method, we will refund your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.
If you notice any default/damage to any of the items after receipt you can proceed to a return immediately. At the same time fill out the printed return form found inside your package, the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.

Currently, our e-shop does not offer a gift-wrapping service. This means that the package will include the purchase receipt.
Inside the package, you will also find a return form, which can be used as an exchange card.
