Orders and Delivery

Delivery Timeframe
Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the pickup location you have chosen. Standard delivery is usually within 1-5 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location, via GLS courier service.

Standard shipping: 15 RON, and free for orders over 250 RON.

Notification of Delays
Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
There may be a minor delay due to high demand, during holidays or discount periods.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You have the option to collect your order from one of our Calvin Klein stores.
When completing your order, simply select the Calvin Klein store you wish to visit to pick up your parcel.

• Delivery to store is FREE of charge.
• Your order will be shipped to your chosen store within 1–3 business days.
• You will receive a notification email once your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.
• Please note: During holiday or sales periods, slight delays may occur.

To collect your parcel in-store, you will need to present your order confirmation email along with a valid form of identification.
Your parcel will remain available for pickup in-store for 5 business days from the day you receive the pickup confirmation email. If you are unable to collect it within this period, your order will be cancelled, and the selected products will be released.

PICK-UP FROM A GLS LOCKER
GLS Locker is a convenient delivery option that gives you the flexibility to pick up your parcel whenever it best suits your schedule.

You have the option to collect your order from a GLS locker by selecting the one that suits you best during checkout. 
You can choose from 2 different collection options: Payment on delivery or Payment in advance

How to collect your parcel (payment on delivery)
You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link.
You make the payment and receive your PIN code.
You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen.
Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
Pick up the parcel.
Close the box.

How to collect your parcel (payment in advance)
You receive an SMS containing your PIN Code.
You enter the PIN Code on GLS Locker's screen.
Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
Pick up the parcel.
Close the box. You can pick up your parcel at any time of the day, 24/7. The parcel will remain in the locker for 7 days. You can find detailed information about the service here.

Orders, or parts of them, may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

• Item(s) not available
• Unable to process payment information
• Duplicate order detected

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. If the cancellation occurs after payment due to stock unavailability, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Once an order has been cancelled, it must be placed again through our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please contact our Customer Service team.

Our online store processes and ships orders exclusively within Romania.
Deliveries can be made to all regions of Romania. We always strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Shopping at www.calvinklein.ro is simple and fast.

1. Browse our e-shop or search for your favorite products by name or product code using the search field.
2. Once you find the items you want and select the size and color, simply add them to your shopping cart.
3. When you are ready, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to place your order. If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the relevant field on the checkout page.You can choose to complete your order either as a registered user (if you already have an account or wish to create one) or as a guest (in which case you will need to enter all your details).
4. Select your delivery method and enter your shipping address.
5. Choose your payment method and fill in the required details.
6. Finally, review all your information and complete your order. A confirmation of your order will appear on your screen, and shortly after, you will also receive a confirmation email.

Your order can be canceled from the moment it is placed until just before it is shipped. Orders are processed as soon as possible, so we recommend that you contact us promptly. You can request a cancellation:

• Through the contact form found here, selecting “Order Cancellation” as the subject

You will need to provide us with your order number.
Cancellation requests submitted during non-working hours will be processed the next business day. In case your order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed right away.
If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy. In case your order has already been shipped, we will process the return through the shipping company. Alternatively, you may refuse to accept delivery.
If your payment has already been processed, the refund will be processed after the order is received at our warehouse.

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email at the address you provided, informing you about the status of your order.
Sometimes, these emails end up in spam, so make sure to check your spam box or add us to your spam exceptions.
Keep these emails so you can refer back to them if needed.

Below are some examples of the emails you may receive:

• Order Confirmation: This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number, the items you selected, as well as your billing and shipping details.
• Shipping Confirmation: This email confirms that your order (or part of it) has left our warehouse. It also includes a link to track your order. Delivery times depend on the delivery area.
• Order Cancellation: This email confirms that your order has been cancelled. You may receive this email if you requested the cancellation yourself, if the items in your order are out of stock, or if we are unable to ship your order for any reason.

In the “My Account” section, you can check the status of your order, which will be one of the following:

  You are required to provide your email address at checkout to receive emails regarding your order status.

  You can check your order status by selecting “My Account” if you are a registered customer, or click here if you completed your order as a guest.
  All you need is your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Your order number is the 16-digit code that starts with “CK” and can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.
  This is the easiest and fastest way to find information about your order.
  
  When you click “My Account”, you will be asked to log in using your email and password. Once logged in, your order history will be available, showing information about your current as well as previous orders.

• Track your order via courier: 
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. With that number, you can track the status of your order through the official website of the GLS courier, at the link below:

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email.  Your order number is the 16-digit code that starts with “CK” and can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase. You can stay updated on the status of your order at any time through the “My Account” page.

If you have chosen in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your parcel arrives at the selected store.

If you have chosen to collect your order from a GLS Locker, once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS containing a PIN that unlocks the compartment. Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Romanian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKKROM).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

• If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
  You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.ro as of January 13, 2026.
• If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
  To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
• All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKKROM)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?
If you placed an order before January 13, 2026, it will be handled by Calvin Klein (PVH). For any questions or support related to these orders, please contact them at: service.eu@calvinklein.com

What happens with your promo codes?
Any promo code issued for use on the Romanian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026.
After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?
Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKKROM) as part of this transition.
Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team.
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

• If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
• If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.

Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one. In case you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as a payment method, we will refund your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.

If you notice any default/damage to any of the items after receipt you can proceed to a return immediately. At the same time fill out the printed return form found inside your package, the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.

Currently, our e-shop does not offer a gift-wrapping service. This means that the package will include the purchase receipt.
Inside the package, you will also find a return form, which can be used as an exchange card.
Your order is shipped in secure online packaging to ensure that the products are safely delivered.

At the moment, company invoices cannot be requested during the checkout process.

If you require an invoice issued to a legal entity, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order by emailing ck.support@sarkk.ro and providing your order number, company name, VAT number, and billing details.

We will do our best to process your request before the invoice is issued. However, the issuance or amendment of an invoice cannot be guaranteed in every case, as it depends on the order processing stage.
