ART. 1. ORGANIZER AND REGULATIONS
(1) The organizer of the promotional campaign “Buy 2 items get 20% discount, Buy 3 items get 30% discount” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign” or “Promotion”) is SARKKROM TRADING S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca no. 246C, SkyTower Building, 34th floor, units A and A1, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J2007006719400 since 02.04.2007, fiscal code 21493505.
(2) Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of this Official Regulation.
(3) The Regulation is available free of charge throughout the Campaign:
- via calvinklein.ro
- in participating stores on information tablets
(4) The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign, with at least 24h prior notice.
(5) Participation implies full acceptance of this Regulation.
(6) Online participants accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
ART. 2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND AREA
(1) The Campaign is valid in Romania, in Calvin Klein stores and online (calvinklein.ro).
(2) Period: 20.03.2026 – 22.03.2026.
(3) After this date, the Organizer has no obligations.
(4) Products must be purchased according to this Regulation.
(5) Valid while stocks last.
ART. 3. ELIGIBILITY
(1) Open to all individuals 18+, Romanian or foreign residents in Romania.
(2) Fraud attempts will be restricted.
(3) Personal data will be processed according to GDPR (Annex 1).
(4) Employees cannot participate.
ART. 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

(2) Campaign ends at store closing time.
ART. 5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
Buy 2 items → 20% discount
Buy 3 items → 30% discount
(1) Discount applies automatically online or at checkout.
(2) For more than 3 items, discount applies per multiple of 3 (lowest price free/discounted).
(3) Applies on a single receipt.
(4) Organizer may cancel orders due to errors.
(5) Returns follow standard policy.
ART. 6. LIABILITY
Organizer is not responsible for:
- technical issues
- stock depletion
- system malfunctions
ART. 7. TERMINATION
Campaign may end early or change with public notice.
ART. 8. DISPUTES
Resolved amicably or by Romanian courts.
ART. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Organizer is not liable in force majeure situations.
ART. 10. MISCELLANEOUS
Complaints can be submitted via contact form or email.

Annexes are integral parts of this Regulation.
