At this time, we do not offer in-store refunds for items purchased online. Refund requests can only be made via courier. Please refer to the sections below for further details.
Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a specific period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order at your own expense.
Please use the same company you used to receive the package. (GLS)Â If you choose a different courier company, you will have to bear the return costs yourself.
Return via GLS
To return parcels, register your return quickly and easily directly with GLS. The courier will be automatically informed and will arrive at the address mentioned within 1-2 working days to collect the return parcel. The courier will attach the return label to the parcel. Register your return here.
Pack the product you wish to return, in its original packaging and send it to the following address: MDO Logistic Park, Strada Comertului, Chiajna, Postal code 077040. It is necessary to include the completed and printed return form found in your package. Without it, we cannot process your return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. To complete the return process immediately, please ensure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one package.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with their original label attached. Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn or washed. If the items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.
The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless the original sealed packaging is intact).
Important Note:
In case of order return, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable, regardless of the return method (replacement, refund, or credit voucher).
You can always return your products within 30 days using the return form provided in your parcel. You can learn more about how to return a product/order here.
If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the amount for the returned items will be refunded directly by Klarna.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT IN STORE
Currently, in-store exchanges are available within 30 days from the date you picked up your order and are offered only for Click & Collect orders.
Exchanges must be made with the original receipt or purchase invoice.
For Click & Collect orders, full-price items may be exchanged in store for another product or size, provided that the new item is equal to or higher in value than the item being replaced.
The following items are excluded from in-store exchanges:
The issuance or redemption of online credit vouchers is not available in store.

Return & Exchange Conditions
The products you wish to return/exchange must meet the following conditions:
the products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered
must be undamaged
must be stain-free
must not have any signs of wear
must have all labels intact
If a product is returned without meeting these conditions, the value of the product will be reduced by 100%.

When returning an item to a store:
If you need a different size or color, please return the item within the return period stated in our return policy (available in this FAQ section).
To receive a refund, the product must be returned via courier by following the steps outlined in the Returns section.
You may reorder the desired items either immediately or after your refund has been processed.

Returns are free of charge via GLS courier service.
To return your parcel, simply and quickly register your return directly with GLS. The courier will be automatically informed and will arrive at the address provided within 1-2 working days to collect the return parcel. The courier will attach the return label to the parcel. If you choose another courier company, you will have to bear the return costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The company reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return deadline or returned items that are not in the same condition as received.
Once your package arrives at the warehouse and your return has been approved, you will be notified of the status of your refund depending on the method you have selected:
If you have selected a money refund, the money will be refunded to your account or card within 10-14 days.
If you have selected a credit voucher for your next purchase, it will be sent to your email address.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
Cash on delivery: If you paid for the products using cash on delivery, the refund for the returned product will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.
Payment by Credit Card/PayPal:Â The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The refund period depends on the bank and may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.
Klarna:Â If you chose Klarna as your payment method and have already paid for your order, the refund for the returned items will be processed directly by Klarna. The return request is submitted automatically and no action is required on your part. Returns for orders paid with Klarna can only be made by courier, with the exclusive processing method being a refund.
In the event of a returned order, the charges for Cash on Delivery are not refundable, regardless of the method used to process the return (exchange, refund, or credit voucher issuance).

Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKK S.A.) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
