Payments

Payment for each order is made with complete security using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from any bank via SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), which is confirmed through the VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure Network system or through the Klarna service in 3 interest-free installments via debit or credit card. This service is available for orders between 200 RON and 5,000 RON.You can also pay via secure PayPal transaction or cash on delivery.

If you select the Click & Collect service when placing your order, the cost of your order must be paid (see below in the section "Method-Time-Cost of delivery/shipping") by credit/debit card, PayPal, or Klarna.

Transactions exceeding five hundred (5,000.00) lei can only be made by bank transfer, i.e., either by debit/credit card or via PayPal. Therefore, orders whose total price exceeds this amount cannot be paid by cash on delivery and, in the case of delivery via the Click & Collect service, payment must be made either by credit/debit card or PayPal.

The store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of credit card transactions. However, if your credit card has been used fraudulently, the charge can be canceled upon request by the bank that issued the credit card, which should investigate your complaint or claim. For this reason, as soon as you become aware of any fraudulent use of your card, you are obliged to inform the issuing bank in order to cancel the card and prevent its use by unauthorised persons.

During the payment process, SARKKROM TRADING SRL has the right to perform credit checks. Based on the results of the credit checks, we may modify, adjust, or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, we will offer you the option to choose another payment method.

Yes, there is an additional charge of 5 RON. You can find detailed information about the charges in the section above.

Your payment may be refused for any of the following reasons:
1. The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
3. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
If it is not one of the three reasons mentioned above, please contact your bank provider.

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay after you have received them, free of interest. Please be aware that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you have to be 18 + years old to use Klarna as a payment method. Note that fees may apply to late payments.

With Klarna's installment payment service, you can easily purchase products on our website and pay for them after receiving the products, in three interest-free installments.
Simply place your order and select "3 interest-free installments with Klarna" as your payment method. You will pay the first part of the payment when you finalize your order.
Once you have received your order, you can pay the remaining amount in two separate installments. Klarna will send you a reminder for each installment due, one month after the previous payment period.

You can always return your products within 30 days using the return form provided in the package. You can learn more about how to return a product/order here.

Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Romanian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKK S.A.).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

• If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
  You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.ro as of January 13, 2026.
• If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
  To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
• All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKK S.A.)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?

What happens with your promo codes?

Any promo code issued for use on the Romanian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026. After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?

Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKK S.A.) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
