PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

“WOMEN’S DAY” 2026
ART. 1. ORGANIZER AND REGULATIONS
(1) The organizer of the WOMEN’S DAY promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign” or the “Promotion”) is SARKKROM TRADING S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca no. 246C, SkyTower Building, 34th floor, units A and A1, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J2007006719400 on 02.04.2007, fiscal code 21493505.
(2) Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Regulations”).
(3) The Official Regulations are drafted and made available to the public in accordance with the applicable legislation and are available free of charge throughout the entire duration of the Campaign by:
(4) The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations during the Campaign, to suspend or terminate it, with the obligation to officially inform the public at least 24 hours before the changes take effect, through the same channels used for the initial communication.
(5) Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of these Regulations.
ART. 2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND TERRITORY
(1) The promotional campaign will take place for online purchases and in participating stores in Romania, namely the outlet stores in Fashion House Militari and Fashion House Pallady, as well as the FSS stores in Baneasa Shopping City, Bucuresti Mall, ParkLake Mall, CityPark Constanta Mall, Promenada Craiova Mall, Iulius Cluj Mall, Iulius Timisoara Mall and Palas Iasi Mall.
(2) The campaign will run between 06.03.2026 – 08.03.2026.
(3) After 08.03.2026, the Organizer assumes no responsibility regarding any circumstance that could lead participants to believe that the campaign is still valid.
(4) The promotion is valid while stocks last.
ART. 3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
The campaign is open to the general public, to individuals aged 18 or over, both loyalty members and non‑members, Romanian citizens or foreign residents in Romania who accept these Regulations.
Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
ART. 4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
The campaign applies to women’s assortment products sold by the Organizer in participating stores and online, within available stock limits.
ART. 5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
Customers who purchase one or more participating products with a minimum purchase value of 300 RON (VAT included) will benefit from:*

ART. 6. LIABILITY

The campaign may end earlier by decision of the Organizer or in case of force majeure.
ART. 8. DISPUTES
Any disputes will be settled amicably, and if not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
ART. 9. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure events exempt the Organizer from liability according to the Romanian Civil Code.
ART. 10. MISCELLANEOUS
Complaints regarding the Campaign may be submitted through the contact form on the official website or via email at sarkkrom@sarkkrom.ro.

These Regulations together with their annexes (Annex 1 – Personal Data Protection, Annex 2 – Participating Stores, Annex 3 (here) – Eligible Products) form an integral part of this document.
