The organizer of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program is Sarkkrom Trading SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca, No. 246C, 34th floor, Unit A1 and A, Sky Tower, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/6719/2007, with the unique registration code 21493505.
Participants in this Program are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Regulation, as set out below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”).
Registration as a member of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program is free of charge and no purchase of any Calvin Klein product is required to become a member.
If you are a member of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program, you will be able to benefit, in addition, from promotions, offers, services, events and much more, organized by Sarkkrom Trading. Membership will provide you with a personalized Calvin Klein brand experience, including extra offers, additional price discounts and personalized recommendations. As a member you will be able to access your purchase history from your membership account ("My Account").

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1.1 Participation in the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program is intended for individuals, at least 18 years old, who are residents of Romania and who have a valid email account. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of SARKKROM TRADING SRL are eligible for membership, but may be excluded from certain promotions.
Legal entities and authorized individuals, foundations, associations or other forms of collective organization cannot participate. Membership cannot be used for the resale of purchased products or for making a profit in any way.
1.2 Membership in the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program is nominal, only the person registered as a member can receive benefits associated with the membership account, cannot transfer these benefits and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as other Regulations, rules, policies and procedures adopted by the Company and adopted by the member through participation in offers, rewards, purchases. Membership cannot be used for resale or profit.
1.3 To become a member of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program, the mandatory fields in the registration form must be completed (name, email, password, date of birth, etc.).
1.4 The registration form can be completed in selected Calvin Klein stores. Starting from July 12, 2022, you will also be able to register as a member by scanning the QR code that you can find in Calvin Klein stores (next to the cash register).
1.5. SARKKROM TRADING SRL reserves the right to refuse participation to any person who does not meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
1.6 Membership can be canceled at any time by the member through the newsletter or through the personal data request form, available here.
1.7 By becoming a member of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program, the applicant automatically accepts and consents to these Terms and Conditions, which are also available in stores.
1.8 The general terms and conditions may be modified at any time by SARKKROM TRADING SRL. The member user is obliged to be informed of any modification.
2. PRIVACY
Membership of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program entitles the user to certain benefits and offers. Members will be notified of future and/or current benefits and promotions, as applicable, unless they have indicated that they do not wish to receive such notifications.
3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 All personal data collected through participation in the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program will be used and shared exclusively for the purpose of communicating with the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program in relation to Calvin Klein products and events, provided that you have accepted to become a member of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program.
3.2 SARKKROM TRADING SRL is responsible for the processing of personal data of members of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program in accordance with applicable national and EU data protection legislation.
You have the right to request us to:
- provide you with access to your personal data that we collect and process;
- correct or delete the personal data that we collect, process and process, as well as modify or delete personal data;
- restrict the processing of your personal data;

SARKKROM TRADING SRL reserves the right to withdraw current benefits and offers at any time. Membership of the Calvin Klein Loyalty Program cannot be refunded as a countervalue and does not give any benefit in this regard, and current benefits cannot be exchanged for new ones.
6. GOVERNING LAW
The general terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from/or related to these general terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest.
